WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship within the United States only, but we’re working on bringing KROME to additional countries soon — tag us @kromehair to help us prioritize where we ship next.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow about 2 to 4 business days for order processing (oftentimes faster). Orders ship Monday–Friday, and once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information and delivery updates.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the courier and destination. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder for emails from hello@kromehair.com
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love your KROME products. If something isn’t right, please reach out to us at hello@kromehair.com and we’ll do our best to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products returned in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. To start a return, simply email us with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received and processed, refunds are typically issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale.
