How do I choose the right shade?

Pick the shade that matches your root color, not your ends. If you're between two shades, go slightly darker for a more natural blend.

How well does it cover gray hair?

Yes. The mineral pigments are specifically selected for their coverage on gray hair — a few strokes and they blend seamlessly with the rest of your hair.

Does it work on any hair type?

Yes — the formula works on all hair types, whether your hair is fine, thick, straight, or curly. As long as you apply it to dry hair, it blends naturally with your existing color.

How do I apply it?

Apply to dry grays and roots, wait a few seconds, and you're good to go — natural-looking coverage that lasts all day and washes out with shampoo.

How long will it last?

Built to last through workouts, humid weather, and everything in between. Some users report up to 3 days of coverage without shampooing.

Can I use it every day?

Yes. The formula is gentle on hair and scalp, and safe to use every day.

How long does one tube last?

Most users get 4 to 6 weeks out of one tube with regular use.

How do I remove it?

Where do you ship?

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days — often faster. We ship Monday through Friday, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package is on its way.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. The moment your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and live delivery updates. If you don't see it within a few days of ordering, a quick check of your spam or promotions folder usually does the trick.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your KROME products. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Just email us at hello@kromehair.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll take it from there.

How does my refund work?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you right away. If approved, your refund goes straight back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Banks sometimes take a little extra time on their end — if 10 business days have passed and you still haven't seen it, reach out at hello@kromehair.com and we'll look into it.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We'll make it right. Just email us at hello@kromehair.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out for you quickly.

What if I ordered the wrong shade?

What if I ordered through TikTok Shop?
