Shipping & Delivery
Order Modifications: Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we cannot combine or modify orders once placed. Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct at checkout.
Shipping Times: Orders ship Monday – Friday.
Delivery: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery location. If theft is a concern, consider using a P.O. box or another secure option.
Duties (International Orders): Customers are responsible for customs and duties. International shipments may require duties and taxes to be paid before delivery. These fees are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are not controlled by us or our couriers. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before ordering, as these costs vary. If a package is refused and returned to sender, we will deduct any fees associated with the return shipment from your refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Sale Items: Items marked “Sale” cannot be returned.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Partial refunds may be issued for items not returned in original condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria may either be returned to the customer without a refund or be subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide return labels. Please add tracking and/or insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
